整層規劃為餐廚空間，大型水磨石中島式訂製檯面，是難得的工法與作品呈現。空間提供3M冷熱飲水機、IH爐、電鍋、烘碗機、微波爐、烤箱、咖啡機、冷凍廚餘機、冰箱和餐具。
珍友愛位處市中心，附近美食林立，並且鄰近5大特色市場，採購或自煮十分方便。
The kitchen is planned for the first floor, featuring a large Terrazzo island that showcases our work. We provide a 3M water dispenser, Induction stove, steam cooker, dish dryer, microwave, coffee machine, food waste machine, refrigerator, and tableware.
J Youai House is located in the center of Tainan city, and there is lots of tasty food nearby. In addition, it’s really close to five characteristic markets. You can easily purchase food or cook by yourself.

「打開」－為獨立衛浴套房，以台南蜿蜒巷弄為靈感，經過迂迴轉折之後打開大面落地窗，擁抱私人陽台的友愛街景與美二館景緻。
“Open” Double Suite－“Open” is a double suite with a private bathroom, inspired by the winding alleyways of Tainan. After a series of gentle turns, the space opens up to a large floor-to-ceiling window, embracing views of You’ai Street and the Tainan Art Museum Building 2, along with a private balcony just for you.

斜角書架牆上有來自長濱獨立書店「書粥」主理人的各式主題的選書，為您打開不同的閱讀視野與樂趣。
An angled bookshelf wall features a curated selection of books by the owner of Book Congee, an independent bookstore in Changbin. Each theme invites you to open new perspectives and discover the quiet joy of reading.

「擁抱」－為獨立衛浴套房，剛剛好的空間包覆感，搭配軟Q又有支撐性的手工床墊，體驗被溫柔包覆擁抱的睡眠感受。
“Hug” Double Suite－“Hug” is a double suite with a private bathroom, designed to offer a sense of comfort through its perfectly balanced, embracing spatial proportions. Paired with a handcrafted mattress that is soft yet supportive, the room invites you into a sleep experience that feels gently held and deeply restful.

「凝望」為純粹休憩臥房，透過小窗望著層層堆疊的美術館，小斜坡設計的視覺錯位，營造像是登上美術館森山般的氛圍；而隔壁的露臺，與三五好友比肩而坐，搭配舒服的音樂微醺共食，時而凝望遠處的美術館，時而談天凝視著彼此。
“Gaze” Double Room－“Gaze” is designed as a pure retreat for rest and quiet moments. Through a small window, guests can look out toward the layered façade of the nearby art museum. A gently sloped design creates a subtle visual shift, evoking the feeling of walking up a forested hillside within the museum grounds.
Just next door, the private terrace invites moments of togetherness. Sitting side by side with close friends, sharing food and drinks with soft music in the background, you may find yourself gazing at the museum in the distance—then turning back to meet one another’s eyes in conversation.

豪華整層大主臥的概念，因此將衛浴區獨立於臥房之外，並規劃一座日式風情的坐臥式浴缸，可獨自享受泡澡時光，增添睡前的儀式感。
Conceived as a luxurious full-floor master bedroom, the bathroom is intentionally separated from the sleeping area. It features a Japanese-style soaking bathtub, designed for seated bathing, allowing you to enjoy a quiet, personal bathing ritual that gently prepares you for sleep.

後方的和室投影觀賞區，也是三五好友躺臥聊天好所在；拉上雙層遮光簾便可轉換夜寢模式，躺臥在眠豆皮床墊上，觀天窗數星星緩緩安睡。
At the rear of the space, a projection viewing area offers another place to unwind. It’s perfect for lying down, chatting, or simply spending time together. When the double-layer blackout curtains are drawn, the space transforms into a sleeping area. Resting on a soft, handcrafted mattress beneath a skylight, you can watch the stars above and slowly drift into sleep.

頂樓天台，打開台灣慣性鐵屋包覆後，以俯瞰視野站在平台上，有著無比自在的感受。
和朋友在這吃吃喝喝、聊聊坐坐很自然、夜間轉化成微醺模式也不錯。
Rooftop Terrace－Once the typical Taiwanese metal rooftop enclosure is opened up, the terrace reveals an elevated vantage point overlooking the surroundings. Standing here, you’re met with an unmistakable sense of freedom and openness.
It’s a natural place to eat, drink, sit, and talk with friends. As night falls, the atmosphere gently shifts into a relaxed, slightly tipsy mood—perfect for lingering conversations and unhurried moments together.

珍友愛位於台南中西區，正對台南市美術館，座落在藝文氣息與老城日常交會的位置。
從這裡出發，步行即可走進展覽空間、街區巷弄與在地生活圈，無論是白日的城市散步，或夜晚回到安靜的街道，都能感受到剛剛好的距離與節奏。
這裡不喧鬧，卻與城市緊密相連，是一處適合放慢腳步、專心相處、細細體會台南的所在。

J Youai House is located in Tainan’s West Central District, directly across from the Tainan Art Museum. Cultural landmarks, historic streets, and everyday city life are all within walking distance, while the surrounding area remains quiet and private.
It’s a place designed for slowing down, staying together, and experiencing Tainan at a gentler pace.
