【入住基本資訊】
- 入住人數：請依實際同行人數完成預訂，以便安排合適的房型與備品。
- 餐食服務：住宿未包含餐點，歡迎參考我們整理的台南在地美食與散步地圖。
- 環保準備：為減少一次性用品使用，建議旅人自備水瓶與個人慣用盥洗用品。
- 續住整理：多晚入住期間，若需額外清潔或備品補充，可於入住前與我們確認。
- 空間安全：室內生活空間與客房內未設置監視器；對外出入口與戶外區域設有安全設備，用於維護住宿安全。
【入住與退房時間】
- 入住時間：15:00 後入住；18:00 起可依指引自助入住。
- 退房時間：11:00 前退房。若有特殊時間需求，請於預訂前與我們確認可否安排。
- 退房流程：退房時請傳訊通知，並依現場指引完成遙控器與空間確認。
【孩童同行】
- 同行安排： 歡迎各年齡層孩童與家人同行入住，包含 6 歲以下幼兒。6 歲以上依成人方式計價；未滿 6 歲孩童之入住費用及床位安排，請於預訂時與我們確認。
- 空間提醒：珍友愛為多樓層老屋空間，同行成人請協助留意孩童上下樓與空間使用安全。
【設施與空間特色】
- 影音設備：空間內提供投影機、布幕與 Netflix 帳號，適合在旅途中安排放鬆的觀影時光。
- 樓梯設計：一樓設有行李放置區；全棟保留傳統磨石子樓梯，呈現老屋的溫潤質地與生活感。
- 加床安排：7–8 人入住時可依人數安排眠豆皮床墊，請於預訂時一併確認。

珍友愛位於台南中西區生活街廓，適合以美食散步、城市探索、共享餐食與室內交流為主的旅行方式。夜間時段請以一般生活音量使用空間，共同維持舒適的住宿品質與鄰里關係。

【Stay Information】
The following information provides a general overview for guests planning a stay at J Youai House. Detailed booking and stay arrangements will be confirmed through the official booking process.
- Guest Arrangement: Please book according to the actual number of staying guests so that rooms and amenities can be prepared properly.
- Meals: Meals are not included. Guests may refer to our local Tainan food and walking guides.
- Eco-Friendly Preparation: To reduce disposable items, guests are encouraged to bring a personal water bottle and preferred toiletries.
- Multi-Night Stays: Additional cleaning or amenity requests may be discussed before check-in.
- Safety: There are no cameras inside guest rooms or indoor living spaces. Safety equipment is placed only at external entrances and outdoor areas.
【Check-in & Check-out】
- Check-in: After 3:00 PM. Self check-in instructions may be provided from 6:00 PM.
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM. Please contact us before booking if you have special timing needs.
- Check-out Process: Please send us a message and follow the on-site instructions when checking out.
【Children Traveling with Adults】
- Travel Arrangement: Children of all ages, including those under 6, are welcome to stay with their families. Children aged 6 and above are charged at the adult rate. For children under 6, please confirm the applicable fees and sleeping arrangements when booking.
- Space Note: J Youai House is a multi-level historic house. Accompanying adults are kindly asked to help children use the space safely.
【Facilities & Space】
- Projection Setup: A projector, screen, and Netflix account are available for a relaxed viewing experience during the stay.
- Staircase Design: Luggage storage is available on the first floor. The building features traditional terrazzo stairs that preserve the texture and character of the historic house.
- Extra Bedding: For 7–8 guests, additional tatami-style mattresses may be arranged according to the booking.
【Space Use Note】
J Youai House is located within a Tainan West Central District neighborhood, suitable for food walks, city exploration, shared meals, and indoor conversations. During nighttime hours, guests are kindly asked to use the space at a normal living volume to maintain a comfortable stay experience and good neighborhood relationship.
For photography, filming, livestreaming, commercial collaboration, visitor meetings, or other special use requests, please contact the official LINE before booking. Final stay arrangements follow the official booking confirmation.
