珍遇珍寓位於台南市中西區，提供適合家人、朋友與小團體同行的城市住宿空間。多人入住適合安排家庭旅行、朋友同行、文化散步、美食探索與共享生活時光。
以下資訊是為了讓同行旅人更清楚了解入住方式、空間使用與現場安排。實際入住內容會依訂房頁面、預訂管道與確認訊息為準。
位置與周邊：
我們位於台南市中西區，鄰近孔廟商圈、台南美術館與老街巷弄。從這裡出發，可以步行探索在地小吃、咖啡店、文化景點與台南日常生活圈。
入住安排：
- 同行人數：預訂時請依實際入住人數選擇方案，方便我們提前準備合適的房型、床位、備品與公共空間安排。
- 多人使用方式：多人入住適合以住宿休息、共享餐食、城市散步、室內交流與輕鬆相聚為主。若行程中有朋友短暫會面、拍攝或其他特殊使用需求，歡迎在預訂前先與我們討論適合的安排。
- 拍攝與合作：若有商業攝影、品牌合作、直播、商品拍攝或其他特殊用途，建議於預訂前透過官方 LINE 與我們確認，讓我們依空間條件與入住日期協助評估。
- 環保準備：我們希望減少一次性用品的使用，建議旅人自備水瓶與個人慣用盥洗用品，也讓多人旅行中的使用習慣更自在。
- 用餐方式：住宿未包含餐點。中西區周邊有許多早餐、小吃、咖啡店與餐館，旅人也可以參考我們整理的台南在地美食與散步地圖。
- 多晚入住：若是多晚停留，需要額外清潔、毛巾更換或備品補充，可以在入住前與我們確認，我們會依現場狀況協助安排。
- 入住與退房時間：入住時間為 15:00 後依指引自助入住。退房時間為 11:00 前。若行程有較早抵達、較晚離開或其他時間需求，可於預訂前先與我們聯繫確認。
- 行李寄放：如有行李寄放需求，歡迎在預訂或入住前與我們確認可安排的時間與方式。
- 取消與退款：取消與退款方式依訂房平台、預訂管道或確認訊息內容辦理。

多人同行時，空間裡的聲音、移動與使用時間都會比單房入住更明顯。夜晚的台南巷弄較安靜，我們也希望每位旅人都能舒服休息，因此夜間使用房內與公共空間時，建議以一般生活音量交流，一起維持舒適的住宿品質與良好的鄰里關係。

室內生活空間與客房內未設置監視器；車庫、大門、電梯出入口等對外區域設有安全設備，用於維護住宿安全。

Group stays are suitable for family trips, shared travel, city walks, cultural exploration, local food experiences, and time spent together in central Tainan.
The following information is provided to help guests understand the stay arrangement, space use, and on-site experience before booking. Final arrangements follow the booking page, booking channel, and official confirmation message.
Location:
June June House is located in Tainan West Central District, close to the Confucius Temple area, Tainan Art Museum, historic streets, local food, coffee shops, and the surrounding neighborhood.
Stay Arrangement:
- Guest Arrangement: Please book according to the actual number of staying guests so that rooms, bedding, amenities, and shared spaces can be prepared properly.
- Group Use: Group stays are suitable for rest, shared meals, city walks, indoor conversations, and relaxed time together. If you have visitor meetings, photography, or other special use needs during your stay, please contact us before booking so we can discuss a suitable arrangement.
- Photography & Collaboration: For commercial photography, filming, livestreaming, brand collaboration, product shoots, or other special uses, please contact the official LINE before booking so we can evaluate the arrangement based on the space and stay date.
- Eco-Friendly Preparation: To reduce disposable items, guests are encouraged to bring a personal water bottle and preferred toiletries.
- Meals: Meals are not included. Guests may explore nearby breakfast shops, local food, cafés, and restaurants, or refer to our local Tainan food and walking guides.
- Multi-Night Stays: For longer stays, additional cleaning, towels, or amenity requests may be discussed before check-in and arranged according to on-site availability.
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is available after 3:00 PM via self check-in by following the provided instructions. Check-out is before 11:00 AM. If you expect to arrive earlier, depart later, or have any other timing needs, please contact us before booking to confirm availability.
- Luggage Storage: Please contact us before booking or check-in if you need luggage storage arrangements.
- Cancellation: Cancellation and refund arrangements follow the booking platform, booking channel, or official booking confirmation.
Space Use Note:
June June House is located within a lived-in neighborhood in Tainan West Central District. The space is suitable for city walks, rest, shared meals, reading, conversations, and local exploration.
When traveling as a group, sound, movement, and time spent in shared areas may feel more noticeable than during a single room stay. Tainan’s small streets become quieter at night, and we hope every guest can rest comfortably. During nighttime hours, guests are kindly encouraged to use the rooms and common spaces at a normal living volume to maintain a comfortable stay experience and a good neighborhood relationship.
For pets, visitor meetings, photography, filming, brand collaboration, commercial use, or other special requests, please contact the official LINE before booking. We will help evaluate whether the arrangement is suitable based on the space, stay date, and on-site conditions.
Space and Safety:
June June House is a multi-level urban accommodation with spatial layers, common areas, and different room layouts. Guests are encouraged to use the space according to their own comfort and to be mindful of stairs, floor materials, and daily movement during the stay.
There are no cameras inside guest rooms or indoor living spaces. Safety equipment is placed only at external areas such as the garage, main entrance, and elevator access areas.
